
Japanese Camellia Oil 245ml
For centuries Japanese Swordsmen have used camellia oil to protect their prized blades from rust and tarnish.
This original product from Japan is a highly refined version of Camellia Oil that will protect your carbon steel knives. Just put a little on a soft cloth and wipe over the blade before storage.
How to use:
- Please be sure to clean the blade before applying the camellia oil.
- Add some oil to a clean cloth or apply a few dots on the blade.
- Simply wipe the blade on both sides with the cloth.
- Before using your knife again, wash the knife under running cold water to remove any traces of oil.
- Dry the knife with a dry cloth.

Leather Strop

A leather strop is used to hone the blade after sharpening for an added silkiness.
Can also be used to touch up and edge in between sharpenings.

Naniwa – 1000 Grit Super Stone
The #1000 stone is perfectly suited to the beginning of the sharpening process where the blade is dulled but in good condition and heavy work is not required on the bevel. It is also suitable for beginning the sharpening process of a new blade, as long as the blade profile is close to the desired shape.

The Naniwa – 220 Grit Flattening Stone produces extremely flat results on all water stones, ceramic or traditional.
Always make sure the flattening stone is wet before use. This large flattening stone comes with rubber feet for grip while running the dished whetstone across the flattening stone.
For persons doing a more normal volume of sharpening, the large 220 grit provides the benefit of truer flat without the grooving, it just takes a bit longer than the 24 Grit Flattener. (Most flattening stones are around 220 grit)

Naniwa – Sharpening Guide
The Japanese Sharpening guide is designed for use on Kitchen knives. The guide is extremely easy to use. Clip on the back of your kitchen knife and start sharpening on your whetstone. The guide will precise angle through out your sharpening sessions.
The white strip on the sharpening guide is made of ceramic to insure longer wear on the guide.
This is a fixed angle guide so can not be adjusted. Knives with different blade heights will differ in angle.

This stone is Extra coarse for a super fast flattening experience. We use these because of the high volume of hand sharpening. The stone cuts quickly, but can leave fine grooves in the higher grit stones, which should be smoothed with your dressing stone. For persons doing a more normal volume of sharpening, the large 220 grit provides the benefit of truer flat without the grooving, it just takes longer. (Most flattening stones are around 220 grit)

The Naniwa Stone holder is a great addition to your sharpening Station.
The heavy-duty rubber base insures that your whetstone is firmly secure and sturdy when sharpening your knives. It also insures great knuckle clearance when your stones are thinned out.
