This 18cm strainer is perfect for everyday cooking for professionals and home cooks . The mesh sieve is fine enough to strain smaller grains like rice, but would also work great for noodles, pasta, veggies etc. The rim of the strainer has 2 steel claw pieces that help you hook the strainer onto a pot/bowl if you are straining from one vessel into another.
Made from a thermosetting resin handle (melamine plastic: heat-resistant up to 120℃) and high-quality 18/8 stainless steel mesh, this strainer will serve you well for many years to come.
