Care and Maintenance

To keep your board in top condition, wash with warm water and mild soap after each use. Use a soft cloth or brush to remove food debris, then dry completely before storing. Avoid dishwasher use or exposure to high heat, as excessive temperature can soften or warp the material.

For deeper maintenance or to restore the surface, the board can be lightly sanded using the Fuchioka MS‑84 Sander for cutting boards (#120/#320). This helps remove minor scratches and keeps the cutting surface smooth, extending the life of your board and maintaining optimal performance.

Unlike wooden boards, this soft rubber board does not require oiling, making it low-maintenance, sanitary, and ideal for professional or home kitchens.
