TOJIRO PRO Double Rolling Sharpener
The Tojiro Pro Double rolling sharpener has two built-in rolling ceramic stones that make maintenance of your knives easy and stress free. The Tojiro Pro has a coarse wheel (#320 Grit) and medium wheel (#1000 Grit) , which makes it perfect for at home maintenance of all your Japanese knives.
The Body of the Sharpener is made from 18-8 stainless steel, this makes it very durable against hard use. The Anti-slip elastomer bottom will have it grab on to your Kitchen Counters with ease.
Gently , with some applied pressure, roll the edge of your knife back and forth through the rolling sharpener. If your knife is quite dull , start on the #320 Grit stone and then move on to the #1000.
If your knife is relatively sharp and just needs a touch up, then just give it a few passes on the #1000 and you’re good to go!
