Care and Maintenance

After each use, wash the board with warm water and a mild soap. Gently scrub with a soft cloth or brush to remove food debris, then dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid dishwasher use or exposing it to high heat, as excessive temperature can soften or warp the rubber material.

For deeper maintenance and to refresh the surface over time, you can lightly sand the board using the Fuchioka MS‑84 Sander for cutting boards (#120/#320). This helps remove minor marks, keeps the cutting surface smooth, and extends the life and performance of your board.
