The Suehiro Pull Through Sharpener, a hassle-free solution for knife sharpening, is perfect for individuals who prefer to skip the traditional whetstone method.
To get started, simply fill the tank with water and allow it to soak for approximately 5 minutes. Then, with a smooth back-and-forth motion, glide your dull double bevelled blade through the slot. We recommend around 10 passes, but feel free to continue until you achieve the desired level of sharpness.
The sharpening wheels are composed of a #1000 grit diamond and ceramic wheel. The diamond wheel works by creating a burr, while the ceramic wheel removes the burr from your dull knife, unveiling a fresh edge.
After completing your sharpening session with the sharpener, drain the water from the sharpener. Then, carefully remove the sharpening wheel and gently pat it dry using a paper towel to prevent any rust from forming on the diamond wheel.
