Care and Maintenance

After each use, wash the board with warm water and mild soap. Gently scrub with a soft cloth or brush to remove food particles, then dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid dishwasher use or exposure to high heat, as excessive temperature can soften or deform the rubber material.

For deeper maintenance and to restore a smooth surface over time, you can lightly sand the board using the Fuchioka MS‑84 Sander for cutting boards (#120/#320). This helps remove minor surface marks and keeps the board looking and performing like new.

Unlike wooden boards, this professional rubber board does not require oiling, making it low‑maintenance, sanitary, and perfect for busy kitchens or chefs focused on hygiene and durability.
